I’ve tasted it, and now I don’t think I can go back… Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss is, BY FAR, ┬áthe best vegan I’ve cream I’ve tried.

As the name implies, Coconut Bliss is a coconut milk based non-dairy frozen dessert. The texture is smooth and creamy, without even a hint of graininess or icy-ness. The taste is rich and exquisite. Not only are the flavors awesome, but the base of the ice cream doesn’t impart any noticeable flavor. Other coconut milk based ice creams I’ve tried have had a faint coconutty taste, which sometimes works, and sometimes does not. I’ve sampled soy based ice creams that have an underlying flavor I can only describe as similar to the scent of Play-Doh!

Coconut Bliss products are created with organic coconut milk and organic agave syrup as a base. Agave syrup has a lower glycemic index than many sweeteners, so it typically doesn’t throw your blood sugar into a frenzy like other sweeteners will. Coconut milk not only provides the naturally rich and creamy texture, but it’s also full of healthy fats. Coconut Bliss products are dairy free, gluten free, soy free and GMO free. The flavor selection is pretty extensive, including varieties like Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge, Mocha Maca Crunch, Cherry Amaretto and Chocolate Walnut Brownie. All recipes are developed in the founders’ kitchen with creativity, attention to taste and quality ingredients. Luna and Larry are incredibly passionate and committed to what they do, and it shows in their products.

So next time you decide to indulge your sweet tooth, give Luna & Larry’s┬áCoconut Bliss a try.
