Naturally Sweet Banana Peach Smoothie

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This tasty smoothie makes a nice sweet treat on its own, or even a yummy breakfast when served along with some nuts or seeds.

You’ll need:

a pretty powerful blender or food processor
1 large banana
1 cup plain milk alternative of your choice
3/4 cup frozen sliced & peeled peaches
a dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

1 Peel the banana & break into several pieces.
2 Put the banana pieces, milk alternative & dash of cinnamon into the blender or food processor & blend until smooth.
3 Add in half of the frozen peaches at a time & blend until smooth (or until deserted consistency is reached.

For an extra slushy consistency, pour your smoothie into a container & pop it in the freezer for about 20 minutes before serving.
